CHRONOS. Moving time. Each moment identified in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years. KAIROS. Moment in the Chronos. God’s timetable to unleash a divine purpose that is seasoned through waiting, proving, and perfecting.
God’s Kairos for this appointed moment of our lives is BREAKTHROUGH! Yes, it is BREAKTHROUGH!
Breakthrough from the old season to the new is separated by a very thin line of a willful decision, the choice to be true, the intent to make life right with God … even if it demands the most painful sacrifice of stepping down from the throne of our hearts to make it His.
The CROSS, right at the center of the word “breakthrough’ in the album design, perfectly illustrates the pathway to one’s true freedom in the context of God’s redemption plan. For there is only ONE WAY! This is THE only way.
As we align ourselves in God’s Kairos, may we always remember that our salvation was first wrought at the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus embraced His impending sacrifice as He prayed: "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from Me; yet not my will, but Yours be done." [Luke 22:42]
In this season of breakthrough, may we find ourselves at the foot of the Cross once again, uttering our own prayer of willful surrender –
“Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” Matthew 6:10
